CONDITIONS
OF BOOKING
TOURING
1. General
All Persons using these premises do so entirely at their own risk and
no responsibility will be accepted by Hurley Riverside Park for loss or
damage to vehicles, tents, caravans or other effects or equipment however
caused.
The river is dangerous to non-swimmers. Boats require a licence from the
Environment Agency.
An entry card must be obtained for use of the Riverside Picnic Grounds.
Generators, Loud Radios & Fires are not permitted on the Park.
Vehicles will only be admitted to the camping areas between 8am and 10pm
and must be parked as the Campsite Supervisor directs. No vehicles may be
driven in such a manner as to cause a nuisance to other people. A maximum
of 2 cars per pitch is permitted.
An Environment Agency Rod Licence and a day ticket are needed for fishing.
Commercial or converted vehicles will not be admitted.
No refunds can be made for early departure.
Loss or damage, for which any occupier of the pitch/accommodation may be
responsible, will be paid for in full before departure.
The first named person is responsible for the booking and is over 18 years
of age.
Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10.30 p.m.
2. Bookings
By telephone: using MASTERCARD, VISA or MAESTRO.
By Post: enclosing a completed MASTERCARD, VISA or MAESTRO authority or
cheque and a
completed booking form.

Please note that in the event of cheques being represented to the Bank, a
charge will be made.
Cancellations must be made in writing (see below for charges). We
recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
3.
Admissions
We reserve the right to refuse any booking, the right of admission is
also reserved.
All caravans admitted at discretion of the Campsite Supervisor. Untidy
caravans will not be admitted even if booked. No pitches are available for
parties of young persons or under 18s unaccompanied by an adult.
4. Arrivals
and Departures
Late arrivals (after 8.00 p.m.) may not be admitted to the Caravan
Park unless previously arranged with the touring park reception.
5. The
Pitch
Gazebos and pup tents may only be erected with the express permission
of the Campsite Supervisor.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made at the discretion of the Company.
7. Fees
The balance of fees must be paid on arrival. In the event that a
cancellation is made prior to arrival with a valid reason, the Park
Management may at its discretion, permit the booking to be transferred to
another date in the same season. This is subject to adequate notice being
given by the person making the cancellation.
8. Dogs
Dogs must not be allowed to run loose, must be kept under strict control
and shall not be left on the Park unattended.
9.
Cancellation charges
For Hire Caravans and Touring Park. In the event of cancellation or
curtailment, the following cancellation charges will be made:
If cancelled on or after arrival: ... ...100% of holiday cost
If cancelled 1-13 days before arrival: ...60% of holiday cost
If cancelled 14-28 days before arrival: ...30% of holiday cost
If cancelled over 28 days before arrival: ...20% of holiday cost
N.B.
The Minimum cancellation charge for the Touring Park is £10.00.

Visitors
All visitors must report to reception and leave the park by 10.30 p.m.
HIRE
1. General

Riverside Car Parks and Slipways. The use of the Riverside Car Parks and
Slipways must be paid for when used.
Generators, Loud Radios & Fires are not permitted on the Park.

Hire Caravan Holiday Home keys will only be available between 4.00
p.m. and 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
No accommodation is available for parties of young persons.
4. Arrivals
and Departures
Hire Caravan Holiday Homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. and left
clean and tidy.
5. The
Caravan
Your caravan will be equipped for the number of persons shown on the
booking form.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made at the discretion of the Company.
7. Fees
Fees must be paid in full 28 days before arrival
8. Dogs
Dogs must not be allowed to run loose, must be kept under strict
control and shall not be left on the Park unattended. One dog is permitted
in S30 and must not be left unattended. Dogs are not permitted in any
other of the hire caravans.
